England is indeed a place where the sun hits the sky...and then reflects off the rain clouds in the sky back into outer space for satellite pictures...as opposed to hitting the beach as it does in Bali...and the reference to Docter? Docter is often a reference to drug dealer, and was first noted in a beatles song as such. Hence, do drugs and britain will be a ok for a visit. Fortunately the campaign didnt go as far to suggest it was worth living there; just ok for a visit. Say once every 5 yrs? Maybe they wrote the song for you!!
